- Who is The Green Collar for?
- Justice-affected men and women across Australia — including ex-jail, ex-institution, NDIS clients and anyone with a criminal record looking for a fair shot at employment.
- Do I need a referral?
- No. Call 1300 351 651 or email stu@thegreencollar.com.au and we'll talk through next steps.
- How much does it cost?
- It depends on how your engagement is arranged. If you're referred through a Job Network provider there may be no cost. Otherwise, a fee for individualised service may apply based on your requirements. In most cases you'll take part as a free service — we have a range of programs depending on your location and needs.
- Are you a recognised provider?
- Yes. The Green Collar is a registered Australian social enterprise and partners with Workforce Australia, Wise Employment and many others.
- Can employers list jobs with you?
- Yes. Visit our Industry Partners page or call us to discuss roles open to second-chance hiring.
- Do you work outside Victoria?
- Our peer-support and online sessions are available Australia-wide. Job placements depend on partner employers in your area — give us a call to find out.
