    Reset

Identify the personal and system blockers holding you back, set realistic target roles, and build an honest, high-impact employment strategy.

  2. Week 2

    Build

A modern CV that survives a real screen, LinkedIn optimisation, automated job alerts and the AI job-search tools recruiters actually respond to.

  3. Week 3

    Get In Front

Targeted recruiter outreach, interview preparation, and confident disclosure frameworks so your history is handled truthfully and calmly.

  4. Week 4

    Handover

Fix the weak points and leave with a repeatable, self-sustaining job-search workflow you can run on your own.

Not sure it fits your situation? One honest conversation is enough to find out — no referral, no paperwork, no judgment.

Who this is for

Barriers we help overcome

Ex-offender employment support in Australia only works when the real obstacles are on the table. These are the four we deal with most.

Criminal history or pending matters

Post-incarceration employment, spent or unspent convictions, and matters still before the court — handled factually, without judgment.

Corrections & parole obligations

Reporting, curfews, community corrections orders and program requirements built into a realistic job-search plan.

Employment gaps

Years out of the workforce explained in a way that stands up to a recruiter's questions instead of ending the conversation.

Modern recruitment & tech overwhelm

ATS screening, LinkedIn, video interviews, job alerts and AI tools — set up with you, not explained at you.
